Phase 2 of 14 LeCount (the Stella) is a two-phase project called 10 LeCount. This building is at 455 Main Street and will be a 27-story structure with 173 rental apartments. This building and The Stella will share a podium. In 10 LeCount there will be indoor and outdoor amenity space, including a 5th floor outdoor space, fitness rooms and lounge. There will be 6,500 square feet of retail. The parcels were a brownfield cleanup site.
