This building and phase 1 of 14 LeCount will share a podium. In phase 2 there will be indoor and outdoor amenity space, including a 5th floor outdoor space, fitness rooms and lounge. There will be 6,500 square feet of retail. The parcels were a brownfield cleanup site.
