This is the restoration of the yellow glazed terracotta 1920s era building at 2 Hamilton Street, which is across the street from City Hall and addition of four stories residential with 56 units. The new portion of the structure will be made of high tech timber. In the interior spaces, the timber will be evident on the ceilings and walls. The units will be as follows: 17 studios, 24 1-bedroom, 13 2-bedroom, 2-3 bedroom, with 6 affordable units. For more information watch the 25 minute IDA meeting with project inducement.
